Poland has decided to close its airspace to Russian airlines, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has said.
He wrote about this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"I ordered the drafting of a resolution of the Council of Ministers, which will lead to the closure of airspace over Poland for Russian airlines," Morawiecki wrote.
Earlier, due to Russian aggression in Ukraine, Poland banned the broadcasting of Russian TV channels RT (Russia Today), RT Documentary, RTR Planeta, Soyuz TV, and Russia 24.
On February 24, Russia launched air strikes against Ukraine and started a war. Martial law was imposed throughout Ukraine.
