Enemy destroys building of State Border Guard Service in Sumy Region
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The enemy fire destroyed a building of the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service in Sumy Region. At about 12:00 (noon), rashists opened fire on a border village in Shostka District, Sumy Region, from Russia’s Troyebornoye border checkpoint,” the report states.
Several Russian projectiles hit a building of the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service. It opened in 2015 to deal with illegal migrants. During the Russian invasion, this building was not used.
A reminder that, over the past six days, Russians have opened fire on Sumy Region and Chernihiv Region 70 times.
