In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy continued to use guns and MLRS outside the settlements of Udy, Shapovalivka, Pytomnyk, Prudianka, Ruska Lozova, Ruski Tyshky, Petrivka, Shestakove, Verkhnii Saltiv, Staryi Saltiv, Pechenihy, Bazaliivka, Lebiazhe, Korobochkyne, Mospanove and Chepil. Russian occupiers launched rocket attacks on the city of Kharkiv and the village of Kochetok. The enemy also used aircraft near Ruski Tyshky and conducted aerial reconnaissance using unmanned aerial vehicles near Lyptsi, Ruska Lozova, Pytomnyk, Malynivka, Chuhuiv and Pechenihy.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy used tanks, guns and MLRS outside the settlements of Pryshyb, Husarivka, Zaliman, Petrivske, Karnaukhivka, Kurulka, Dolyna, and Adamivka. Enemy forces made an unsuccessful attempt to conduct reconnaissance by fire and suffered losses near Brazhkivka.
Enemy units were not active in the Kramatorsk direction. They used howitzers, MLRS and tanks outside the settlements of Sloviansk, Raihorodok, Starodubivka, Pyskunivka, Kryva Luka, Serebrianka, Hryhorivka, Verkhniokamianske and Spirne. Airstrikes were recorded near Serebrianka.
In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Berestove, Pokrovske, Soledar, Bakhmut, Vesela Dolyna, Travneve, Kostiantynivka, Semyhiria, Zaitseve, Toretsk, Nelypivka, and New York. Airstrikes were launched near Yakovlivka, Pokrovske and Vesela Dolyna. Near Berestove and Nahirne, the occupiers unsuccessfully attempted to clarify the positions of Ukrainian troops by means of reconnaissance groups.
The enemy partially improved their tactical position in the direction of the settlements of Soledar and Vershyna. Attempts by the enemy to carry out assaults on the settlements of Yakovlivka, Bakhmut and Semyhiria failed. Here the enemy units retreated with losses.
In the Avdiivka direction, with the support of tanks, guns and MLRS, the enemy resumed assaults on Avdiivka and Pisky, but achieved no success and retreated.
"In violation of the customs of war and for the purpose of misleading [Ukrainian forces], during an assault outside the settlement of Pisky, Russian occupiers used the field uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with white bands on their arms and legs," the press service said.
The enemy also shelled Ukrainian positions near Oleksandropil, Novobakhmutivka, Vesele, Avdiivka, Opytne, Memryk, Karlivka, Netailove, Pisky, Nevelske and Krasnohorivka. An air strike was launched near Avdiivka.
The enemy was not active in the Novopavlivka and Zaporizhia directions. The enemy shelled Marinka, Katerynivka, Novomykhailivka, Pavlivka, and 20 other settlements. Airstrikes were launched near Vuhledar and Kamianske. Aerial reconnaissance using an Eleron UAV was conducted over Orikhove, Malynivka, and Olhivske.
In addition, in the Southern Buh direction, mutual shelling continues outside Novovoznesenske, Potiomkyne, Vysokopillia and a large number of other settlements. The enemy launched an air strike near Novopetrivka.
In the Black and Azov Seas, Russia keeps three Kalibr cruise missile carriers ready to use precision weapons.
The General Staff also noted that Russian occupiers, in order to somehow justify their destruction of civilian targets across Ukraine, continue to lie about the alleged location of military units in schools, hospitals and churches.
The press service urged citizens to trust information only from verified sources and not to spread Russian fakes and disinformation.
