UNDP Crisis Bureau director visits Hostomel

Asako Okai, Director of the United Nations Development Programme Crisis Bureau, paid a working visit to Hostomel in Kyiv region.
This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Military Administration on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
It is noted that the foreign delegation visited Hostomel that was severely damaged by the Russian military aggression and where comprehensive restoration works are underway.
“In particular, two houses will be restored on Proskurivska Street as part of the UNITED24 project. In addition, multi-story buildings, ruined by the Russian military aggression, are being dismantled in the military town," the regional administration said.
As reported, the town of Hostomel in Kyiv region was almost 40% damaged due to the actions of the Russian army.
Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel and entire Kyiv region were liberated from the Russian invaders in early April 2022.
