In Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian invasion forces launched two kamikaze drones and fired artillery at the Nikopol district and the Marhanets community.
That’s according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
"Throughout the day, the occupiers haven’t given peace to the Nikopol district. Two kamikaze drones targeted the district center. They also hit the town and the Marhanets community using heavy artillery," Lysak said.
According to the report, a five-storey apartment block, four private homes, and two outbuildings sustained damage. The power line was also affected.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported, the official noted.
As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Russian strike affected the Oles Honchar regional universal scientific library in Kherson.
