Partisans: Russian Air Defence troops recommended to evacuate families from Crimea
This was reported by the ATESH guerrilla movement on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
“An ATESH agent, who is part of the Air Defense Forces unit based in Osovyny in Crimea, reports receiving a ‘recommendation’ from his commanders to start evacuating his family to the military cities of the Southern Military District. This situation coincides with the relocation of air defense systems to the Belgorod region, which poses a threat to security in Crimea, leaving it without proper protection,” the statement said.
It is noted that the Russian Armed Forces are creating new mobile air defense groups to combat UAVs using ZU-23-2. This indicates a strategic reorientation and preparation for new challenges in the defense, while Crimea remains without attention, ATESH added.
