Russia wants to bring issue of shelling of Crimea to UN Security Council for discussion
The Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya told reporters in New York on Monday.
According to him, the issue of shelling of Sevastopol will be discussed at the next meeting of the Security Council in July.
Answering journalists' questions, Nebenzya tried to counter an Ukrinform reporter who said that the "goals and objectives of Russia's special military operation" in Ukraine are murder, rape, and looting.
According to him, Russia does not do such things.
As reported, on the evening of June 23, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In Sevastopol, according to preliminary data from the occupiers, more than 120 people were injured and five were killed as a result of missile attacks and air defense work.
