In temporarily occupied Crimea, Russian occupiers are fortifying the embankment of the town of Yevpatoria by establishing new firing positions.

This was reported on Telegram by the ATESH partisan movement, as cited by Ukrinform.

"While conducting reconnaissance of Yevpatoria embankment, an agent of the ATESH movement reported new firing positions being established. The invaders are increasing their control over the area by setting up additional firing points and observation posts," the report states.

The ATESH movement believes that such measures are aimed at suppressing and identifying partisan activity, despite the invaders' claims of having "full control" of the situation on the peninsula.

According to the partisans, similar fortifications are being constructed along the entire western coastline of Crimea, particularly in Yevpatoria and Chornomorsky districts.

As previously reported by Ukrinform, near Yevpatoria in temporarily occupied Crimea, the Russians have deployed a battery of S-300 surface-to-air missile systems.
