
Blasts in Kharkiv amid Russian drone attack

Russian invaders are attacking Kharkiv with Shahed-type kamikaze drones. Several explosions rocked the city.
This was reported by Mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram, Ukrinform saw.
"An explosion in Kharkiv – the city is again under attack by the Shaheds!" he wrote, urging residents to remain in shelters.

He later added that the enemy targeted a residential area of the city’s Kyivskyi district.
He also warned of another group of attack drones approaching the city.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, posted: "The invaders are attacking Kharkiv! A series of explosions have been heard."
Earlier, an air raid alert has been declared across Kharkiv region.
As reported, at around 16:10 on April 2, Russian troops hit a 16-storey apartment block in Kharkiv’s Kyivsky district with a Molniya drone.
