SLB completely stops supplying to Russia
According to Ukrinform, the oilfield service company stated this.
SLB, formerly Schlumberger, says it is suspending the supply of products and technologies to Russia from all its facilities around the world.
"SLB takes its responsibility to comply with export control and economic sanction laws extremely seriously, and the company remains aligned with the international community in condemning and calling for an end to the war in Ukraine," the statement emphasizes.
The company noted that starting in March 2022, SLB took voluntary measures to limit its activities in Russia and announced that it would not make new investments in the country or introduce new technologies.
As Ukrinform reported, Russian crude oil supplies are beginning to show signs of decline four months after the country announced a production cut.
