Most difficult situation with electricity is in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions due to hostilities

As of Saturday, 27 July, the most difficult situation with power supply is in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions due to Russian shelling, with more than eight thousand consumers supplied with electricity.

This was reported by the Ministry of Energy, Ukrinform reports.

In Donetsk region, as a result of new shelling on 26 July, 5,300 subscribers in six settlements lost power in six settlements. Power engineers supplied power to 2,500 subscribers in one settlement. As of this morning, 137 settlements remain without power, with a total of 82,800 customers.

In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 5,700 consumers lost power due to technological disruptions, but by the morning all of them were supplied with electricity. Due to the hostilities, 3,700 consumers in 51 settlements are still without power supply.

In Kirovograd Oblast, 387 customers in one settlement are without power due to technological disruptions.

In Sumy region, a total of 3,500 customers in 67 settlements are without power supply due to hostilities.

In Kharkiv Oblast, 40,100 customers in 106 settlements are without power in the morning as a result of the fighting.

In Kherson Oblast, more than 26,000 consumers in 48 settlements are without power, and 2,476 customers in Kherson are disconnected.

In Chernihiv region, 1,500 consumers in 25 settlements are without power as a result of hostilities.

As reported by Ukrinform, on 26 July, Russians attacked power facilities in Chernihiv and Dnipro regions, leaving 2,946 household consumers without power.
