The Government of Norway has signed an agreement with the World Bank to provide NOK 1 billion for the restoration of Ukraine infrastructure damaged in Russian missile attacks.

The European Union and Norway have signed an agreement for Norway’s voluntary financial contribution of EUR 14.5 million to the EU Military Assistance Mission in support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine).
The European Commission has adopted today the main Horizon Europe work programme 2023-24, with around EUR 13.5 billion to support researchers and innovators in Europe to pursue breakthrough solutions for environmental, energy, digital and geopolitical challenges. This funding will also address targeted actions to support Ukraine.

Works on eliminating the consequences of Russian missile attacks are underway in Kyiv region. NEC Ukrenergo power grid operator has introduced additional emergency shutdowns. Therefore, schedules of hourly power outages are currently not in effect in the region.
The U.S. will provide Ukraine with air defense and energy assistance to help protect and repair civilian infrastructure.
