Ukrainian model Durytska tells details of Nemtsov's murder
The account was reported on Meduza website. According to her, on February 27, at approximately 22:00, she met with Nemtsov in a cafe in GUM, downtown shopping center. Soon they left to walk to the residency of the Russian politician located at Tretyakovka. As they were walking on the Big Moscvoretsky bridge, Nemtsov was shot dead. The woman didn't notice a hit man, because he was walking behind them. When Durytska turned around, she saw only the speeding off car of light color. The Ukrainian companion of Nemtsov didn't remember neither a car plate number nor the make of the car.
Anna Duritska stated that after the murder she walked over to a utilities truck driver. He instructed her how to call the police, and left (he told Life News, Russian news agency, that he called the police himself). About 10 minutes later, according to Durytska, the police arrived at the scene of the murder. She was immediately taken for questioning. She does not know where she had been taken for interrogation. The woman said that a few hours after the interrogation began she asked for a lawyer and a representative from the Ukrainian Embassy. Her request was not fulfilled.
According to Anna Durytska, she wants to leave Russia for Kyiv, Ukraine where her mother lives. However, the investigators tell her that it's unsafe for her to leave Moscow. "I have been driven for three days together with the witness protection police to the Investigative committee for questioning during investigations," she said.
As part of the investigative actions, all Ukrainian woman's personal belongings were checked and all information from her cellphones was downloaded.
"I gave all my statements. And I do not understand why I cannot be released, “said the woman who has the status of a witness. She now lives in the apartment of her friends protected around the clock. According to her, her guards do not allow her to leave the apartment, so she may not be able to attend the funeral of Boris Nemtsov.
