White House: A lot of follow-up work coming out of Biden–Zelensky meeting

Following the talks between presidents Biden and Zelensky in Kyiv, the United States aims to perform a large scope of work with the allies and partners to support Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression.

“He [Biden] had the opportunity yesterday to have an in-depth, detailed conversation with President Zelensky on every facet of the conflict. And there will be a lot of follow-up work coming out of that, also in close consultation with our allies and partners,” Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor to President Joe Biden, said at a press briefing on Tuesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

He noted that the U.S. leader would seize the opportunity while meeting with President of Poland Andrzej Duda and his team today to talk about “the continuing work of this larger coalition of nations that are seeking to support Ukraine with military assistance, economic assistance, humanitarian assistance, and other forms of support.”

Sullivan specified that presidents Biden and Duda would also discuss "every facet" of the Russian Federation's war against Ukraine.

As reported, U.S. President Joe Biden paid a surprise visit to Kyiv on Monday, February 20. He held thorough negotiations with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

On Tuesday, Biden is on an official visit to Warsaw where he is scheduled to meet with the country leadership and the leaders of the Bucharest Nine countries.
