Ammo depot detonates in occupied area of Zaporizhzhia region
An ammunition depot detonated yesterday evening in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia region.
"The last few days have been hellish for the enemy in Melitopol direction. Especially after our heroic soldiers raised the flag of Ukraine over Robotyne," Melitopol mayor Ivan Fedorov said during the United News nationwide telethon, Ukrinform reports.
The enemy is being decimated in Tokmak, he added. Only over the past two days, explosions were heard at least five times in Tokmak and several times in the suburbs of Melitopol.
"It ended with the detonation of an ammunition depot that the enemy set up between Tokmak and Molochansk," he said.
As reported, the Russian army struck Zaporizhzhia region almost 90 times over the past day. As a result of the attack, one person was killed and four more were injured.
