Missile strike on Vilnyansk: seven dead, number of injured rises to 36

As a result of a missile strike on Vilniansk, the number of injured people has increased to 36.

This was reported by the police of Zaporizhzhia region in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Information as of 09:30: 43 people were injured as a result of the shelling of Vilniansk on June 29, 7 of them were killed (3 men, 1 woman and 3 children). 36 people were injured, including 9 children," the statement said.

Two multi-storey buildings and 12 commercial premises were damaged, 7 cars were destroyed.

There is a mobile reception center where people can ask for help or file a report on damaged property. Victims can also contact the local police department or call the 102 hotline.

Utilities continue to operate.

Earlier it was reported that on June 30, a day of mourning for the victims was declared in Vilniansk. The missile attack took place on June 29 at 17:40. The enemy fired missiles at the city center.
