Russian invaders are preparing for possible provocations on the first anniversary of their full-scale invasion of Ukraine in order to accuse Ukrainian defenders of violating territorial integrity.

According to Ukrinform, Ukraine's North Operational Command said this in a Telegram post.

"[The Russians] are preparing for possible provocations on the anniversary of their full-scale offensive. It is likely that their goal is to accuse the Ukrainian defenders of violating territorial integrity. That's according to intelligence data, which recorded the movement of columns of military equipment in the area of the border with the Chernihiv region without identification marks and with manpower dressed in pixel uniforms, similar to the uniforms of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the report reads.

According to the North Operational Command, "the defense forces of the Sivershchyna [sector] keep the situation under control and, unlike enemy troops, have never resorted to provocations and never pursued such a goal."

"Each soldier observes the generally accepted rules of warfare, not encroaching on foreign territories, but exclusively protecting their native land from an insolent and insidious enemy," the command said.
