Two rescuers injured in Russian strike on Stepnohirsk
Two rescue workers were injured in a Russian attack on Stepnohirsk, Zaporizhzhia region, this afternoon.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the region's military administration, announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Two rescuers were injured as a result of an enemy attack on Stepnohirsk," Fedorov wrote.
According to him, the commander and an employee of a fire and rescue unit were injured. Both are receiving medical treatment.
Earlier reports said that a building had been damaged in the attack. The Ukrainian Air Force also warned of the threat posed by a potential glide bomb attack.
