An oil refinery is on fire in Moscow following an attack.

According to Ukrinform, Andrii Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, reported this on Telegram.

"Moscow is under attack; a Moscow oil refinery is on fire.

Although Putin has pulled virtually all key air defense and missile defense systems to Moscow, this does not save the Russians. Putin is not a guarantor of safety for Muscovites," the head of the Center emphasized.
