Swiss lawmaker, member of the Parliament’s Foreign Affairs Committee Nicolas Walder, commenting on the issue of selective disconnection of Russian banks from the SWIFT system (as of today, only seven banks have been sanctioned), said that all Russian banks should be subjected to such disconnection, while Russia sanctions in general should be further strengthened.
Eight more vessels have left Ukraine’s Odesa Port, Chornomorsk Port and Pivdennyi Port via the so-called ‘grain corridor’. Two more ships are waiting in line.

The European Union supports the proposal of the IAEA Director General to establish a safety zone around the Zaporizhzhia NPP and also calls for the withdrawal of Russian forces and personnel from the plant and its further transfer to the control of Ukraine.
