Court leaves MP Medvedchuk under house arrest

Kyiv's Pechersky District Court has rejected the petition to change the measure of restraint for Viktor Medvedchuk, an MP from the Opposition Platform - For Life party, in the form of arrest with the possibility of putting up UAH 1 billion bail and left him under round-the-clock house arrest, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

Kerch crisis: Russia claims PCA cannot consider Ukraine's lawsuit

The prosecutor's office has handed over a petition to Viktor Medvedchuk, an MP from the Opposition Platform – For Life party, on the measure of restraint for him changed from house arrest to arrest with the possibility of posting bail, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office has told Ukrinform.
