EU foreign ministers, who met today in Luxembourg in the format of the EU Council of Ministers, adopted the 14th package of sanctions against Russia in relation to its aggression against Ukraine, which, in particular, puts further pressure on Russia’s energy sector and contains measures to prevent attempts to evade European sanctions.
